1. General
1.1 Golfmaatje.com is a platform for golfers to meet eachother on. By registering with Golfmaatje.com the user agrees to the terms and conditions.
1.2 Planning meetings by way of Golfmaatje.com is done at your own risk.
1.5 Golfmaatje.com members must keep abreast of any and all changes to the terms and conditions.

2. Membership
2.1 Before becoming a Golfmaatje.com member, you must have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
2.3 Golfmaatje.com membership is excluded to underage persons.
Golfmaatje.com does not accept responsibility or liability for the posting of messages by underage persons.
2.4 Ending membership of Golfmaatje.com is possible through the ‘My membership’ item. When a paid membership is prematurely ended, no restitution can be made.
2.5 Golfmaatje.com reserves the right to change conditions for membership or fees for services.

3. Code of conduct
3.1 Members agree they will not use Golfmaatje.com in any way to advertise services or products, or for commercial purposes, other than the possibilities expressly offered thereto by Golfmaatje.com
3.2 Members agree they will not publish information, obtained by way of their membership of Golfmaatje.com, in other places without having obtained prior written permission from the Golfmaatje.com organization.
3.3 Membership of Golfmaatje.com is personal and cannot be transfered. Members agree to not enroll more than once and to not give out their password to third parties.
3.4 Every member of Golfmaatje.com agrees not to post or send messages of an insulting, racist, offensive, libellous, threatening or illegal nature.
3.5 Each member of Golfmaatje.com is personally responsible for his or her own publications on the website, as well as his or her interaction with other Golfmaatje.com members.
3.6 Attempts to hack systems or databases, and the wilful spreading viruses or other harmful files amongst members of Golfmaatje.com are illegal and therefore punishable under law.
3.7 Complicity with or knowledge of third parties attempting to hack systems or databses of Golfmaatje.com are illegal and therefore punishable under law.
3.8 Golfmaatje.com shall not hesitate to seek damages of any kind, incurred by unwanted actions as described in these terms and conditions, from the perpetrator by way of a legally accepted warrant.

4. Liability
4.1 Agreements that stem from the membership of Golfmaatje.com are made entirely at the risk of the users.
4.2 Golfmaatje.com is in no way responsible for any information obtained through Golfmaatje.com, nor for any subsequent effects thereof.
4.3 Golfmaatje.com accepts no responsibility for objectionable behaviour of third parties or any mutual discomfort as a result of the contact between users.
4.4 Golfmaatje.com accepts no responsibility for the use of personally published information by third parties.
4.5 Golfmaatje.com accepts no responsibility for the actions or neglect of other members, no matter what shape or form they take.

5. Rights of Golfmaatje.com
5.1 Golfmaatje.com reserves the right to adapt terms and conditions.
5.2 Golfmaatje.com reserves the right to change pricing or the delivery of its services.
5.1 Golfmaatje.com reserves the right to refuse users, of which refusal the applicant shall be notified as soon as possible.
5.3 Golfmaatje.com reserves the right to, without further proof of default or judicial intervention, bar members who violate the terms and conditions from access to Golfmaatje.com. When a member is denied access to the website, no restitution will be granted of membership fees paid.
5.4 Golfmaatje.com reserves the right to adapt published messages or remove them in part or entirely if it is deemed appropriate or necessary.
5.5 Golfmaatje.com is not obliged to check message traffic, but reserves the right to monitor message traffic within Golfmaatje.com in order to check the validity of complaints.
5.6 Golfmaatje.com has the right to deny access to Golfmaatje.com, in full or in part, to a member.
5.7 Members who withold information that can threaten the right to exist or continuation of Golfmaatje.com may immediately be expelled, without restitution of funds.
5.8 Every member of Golfmaatje.com agrees that Golfmaatje.com is under no obligation whatsoever to amend or remove content, messages, photos or profiles not conflicting with these terms and conditions, but that Golfmaatje.com may proceed to do so if it perceives the content of messages, photos or profiles as threatening to the further existence of Golfmaatje.com.

Warranty condition
6.1 Golfmaatje.com rejects all responsibility when this service is temporarily interrupted or unavailable. Nor does it accept responsibility for delays or other disturbances.
6.2 Golfmaatje.com does not accept responsibility for the success, or lack thereof, of appointments made through Golfmaatje.com.
6.3 Golfmaatje.com dissociates itself from content in photos or text sent in by members.
6.4 Under no circumstance does Golfmaatje.com accept responsibility for damage or discomfort incurred.
